Cheese and dairy products will again be honoured at Tours from 11th to 13th June 2017 for the 3rd edition of the International Cheese Tours.
This unique event is a real place for meetings, exchanges and information sharing about innovation and development on cheese market.
In 2015, 20 countries were represented (Italy, Belgium, USA, Japan, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, China, Israel...).
International Best Cheesemonger Competition
The International Best Cheesemonger Competition will once again be one of the event’s highlights.
In 2015, the Competition brought together 12 contestants from 6 countries, awarding first prize to the French Fabien DEGOULET, closely followed by the French Guillaume CARDINET and the Belgian contestant Nathalie Vanhaver.
In 2017, the title should be much coveted, among the many contestants ready to give everything to win the title.

International “Products” Competition
The International “Products” Competition will also be taking place during the International Cheese Tours - Loire Valley 2017.
Another of the fair’s highlights and much awaited by sector professionals, the competition provides an opportunity for promotion of know-how, respect for tradition, quality, creativity and innovation.
In 2017, over 600 products were under the judges’ eyes.
