In the prestigious setting of the Salons de l'Hôtel de Ville, Gaëtan Evrard , the famous Touraine star chef, and François Chevalier, a quality caterer for 5 generations, will concoct and unforgettable menu featuring the flavours of the Loire Valley.

Within 25 years' experience in wine tasting, David Fontaine, wine and sommelier ambassador, will be showcasing the region's finest vintages.
