The SPL “Tours Events”, in accordance with its obligations in relation to the trade fairs, shows and other events for commercial purposes that it organises and /or hosts on its premises, wishes to inform its kind visitors of the following:
Purchases made in the context of trade fairs, shows and other commercial events, with the exception of those subject to a consumer credit contract or resulting from a personal invitation to withdraw gifts from a stand, are not subject to the right of withdrawal under conditions allowed for by articles L.311-11 and seq. (right of withdrawal within 14 days for offers of consumer credit contracts) and L.121-21 and seq. (right of withdrawal within 14 days for contracts concluded off-premises) of the Consumer protection code.
The SPL “Tours Events” also informs exhibitors that they are obliged to inform consumers that the right of withdrawal does not apply to any contract concluded under conditions allowed for by article L.121-97 of the Consumer protection code.

Click on "OK" to confirm
